Weekly Wants

I don't usually do these types of posts because in usually trying to save my money but this week I could just not resist as I've been doing my fair share of Internet shopping/browsing! So here are some of my favourite pieces I have found this week...

I tried these one whilst I was in the Liverpool Topshop, and they fit perfectly but I just could not reach out and spend £40 on something while I'm trying to save. But I will definitely be buying these for the summer; They're perfect for nights on holidays or just casual days with a tee, sandals and sunglasses.
Topshop-£40

This gorgeous maxi is perfect for summer but I would also wear it on a night out. It's very Angelina Jolie inspired and these slits on the side of the dress are everywhere right now. I love the sinched up effect to this and it gives it a casual look.
River Island-£40

I know most people already have Chelsea boots but I am still to own a pair as I can never find the right style/shape.  I have finally found some and these are perfect, might just have to order them!
Missguided-£26.99
When I was in River Island just before Christmas, I found this exact cardigan but the colour of it was baby pink and it was my perfect cardigan. Unfortunately, I'd promised myself that I was only to buy to others and I really could not afford it at the time and I've been searching for it ever since. I can't find it but I've found this which is still gorgeous and as long as there's fur on it then I'm okay with that!
River Island-£55

I have serious obsessions with Maxi's with side splits! But could not resist putting this one on this post because the colour is just beautiful. Probably one of my favourite colours when it comes to clothing. Perfect for summer again.
NastyGal- $40

If you follow me on Instagram, Twitter or any other social networking site, you will probably know that I have an unhealthy obsession with Kate Moss, she's just unreal (There is definitely a post coming up on her soon) so when I found this top I was obsessed. I've wanted it for a while but can just not come to paying almost £50 for a top at the moment. However, I will undoubtedly be purchasing this in the future!
Eleven Paris- £46.08

Zara's Summer Collection

Look magazine posted a link to their website earlier today which was a preview of Zara's summer collection which I was very excited about! There were some beautiful pieces in there and I just could not resist doing a post on it! There is a lot of minimalistic pieces in here which is no doubt inspired from the SS13 catwalk. Click here to see my post on the minimalism trend.

I absoloutley adore these trousers; The colour is gorgeous and on trend this spring/summer and would look fabulous with a tan! These would be perfect for the night on holiday in a hot country or just a casual day with a tee and sandals.

The black&white pair are also gorgeous and would look fabulous for a night out!

This skirt is beautiful and ever so classy. Again, this would be perfect for a night out but you could also wear it in the day with sandals and a blouse or tee. A very versatile piece.

This blazer is gorgeous. I'm really into oversized blazers at the moment and I love the detailing on this one. The sort of padded effect is very in at the moment.

These trousers are stunning and couldn't be more spot on for me. Topshop did a pair like this in black and in white. I had the black pair but I would prefer these because I think cigarette trousers are a lot more classy and on trend then a tight pair.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. The style of the actual shoe is fabulous and this heel height is perfect for formal events rather than nights out. Sometimes I think studs can look a bit tacky but these ones aren't. I think this is a very classy shoe.

I absolutely adore this bag and will most probably be picking it up when it's released in the store. The envelope style on the bag is so unique and this would add such a classy touch to your outfit.

I was amazed when I saw these shoes! They are perfect. Leather, leapord print and studs all in one; I couldn't believe my eyes. Will definitely be picking these up for the summer.

I hope you've all enjoyed this post. Let me know what you think of the Zara summer collection and where you'll be shopping this summer in the comments below!

SS13 Trends: Minimalism

This is the first in a series of posts I'm planning on doing about SS13 trends as there are so many I love. Minimalism is definitely right up there in my favourite trends which is why I thought I'd start these posts with it. I'm going to talk about my favourite looks on the catwalk and how you can be inspired by them in your own outfits. This year, less really is more in a lot of ways and minimalism is definitely one of them; Black and white is such an effective way to show this.

Prada- Berlin Fashion Week

I absoloutley love Prada's minimilastic designs for this Spring/Summer and I have some inspired outfits in mind from this. I love the oriental touch to this and the bold red lips add some fun to a simple but fabulous look.

Alexander Wang- New York Fashion Week
These looks are absoloutely beautiful; No suprises there as Alexander Wang never seems to produce a bad piece. I love the simplicity of these looks. The top two are showing what has been a major trend this winter also- layering. Whereas the bottom two are keeping it simple which is going to be a huge trend this summer.

J..JS  LEE- London Fashion Week

I was very impressed with the work of J.Js Lee with its SS13 collection; They kept everything simple but it looked so effective. All these looks are stunning but my favourite one has to be the second along as I love the black neckline and the fit of the dress is so flattering.

I hope you've all enjoyed this post. Let me know what you think of the Minimalist trend this SS13 and your favourite trends for this Spring&Summer.

OOTD: Spring is coming...

I went shopping today and it was actually warm enough not to wear a coat! It was still quite windy but it's starting to look a lot like spring already! I began to get a bit cold towards the end of the day but not too bad. This is just a very basic outfit. My trousers are tweed patterned but you can't tell here. I've bought quite a few things today so let me know if you'd like to see a haul?

Michael Kors Watch

It was my birthday last Wednesday and it was a lovely day. My main present was a gorgeous Rose Gold Michael Kors watch. It's absolutely stunning, the detail in it is just beautiful and rose gold is my favourite colour on jewellery. Watches are something I don't mind spending money on as I know I'll wear it a lot and they make an outfit look so classy.

Style Crush: Olivia Palermo

I have been majorly girl crushing on Olivia Palermo for quite some time now and it's impossible to deny that her style is just incredible; And with her gorgeous looks as well she is just flawless. She manages to look classy all the time and is always slipping in current trends into her looks. She even adds a sort of grungy casual look at times and with that gorgeous boyfriend of hers as well she looks like she's just been pulled straight out of a Burberry catwalk. Here are some of my favourite looks Olivia has created...

Olivia looks very casual but amazing her! She uses lots of khaki pieces which was very obviously the winter colour and knee high boots are on trend at the moment. The leather sleeves are such a statement in this outfit and I love the way she's used a fur collar to add a pop to it because who doesn't love fur?
This is definitely one of my favourite looks Olivia has ever created as it's so classy yet so simple. Her wine coulured top is just stunning and again, that colour is so on trend at the moment. Again, she has used a jacket with leather sleeves to add a more interesting touch to the outfit. Her shoes are just gorgeous and you can never go wrong with nude pumps. My favourite part of the outfit is probably the gold jewlerry as it just looks fabulous with the colour and fit of the top.
I've changed my mind; This is by far my favourite look. Olivia is once again using the gorgeous leather  sleeve blazer and is amazing at styling this jacket differently. She's kept her outfit monochrome however the skirt adds a pattern to it which looks very fun. THESE SHOES. Olivia's shoes are just beautiful,I really would not mind her shoe collection at all! My favourite touch to the outfit, is definitey the fur collar is this adds another element of class and feminimity.
This is a very famous look of Olivia's and you can probably tell why. She's wearing a very basic outfit with only dark colours but to add some fun to it she adds this stunning neon yellow coat which is such an amazing fit on her and really does just look fabulous. These types of shoes are my favourite types of flats and are very feminine and pretty and I love the look of these. The leahter leggings make it a bit less girly and she really does just have everything in this outfit.

So there was a few examples of Olivia's unreal style and I hope you agree with me when I say she is just flawless. If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, I'm sure you will of seen my love for Olivia all over there. If you don't make sure you follow me-

New Years Eve Outfit Ideas

Wether you're going to a huge party, a little get together or just staying in with friends and family, New Years Eve is a night where you make an effort with your outfit! Here's some ideas of what I might be wearing on New Years Eve...

Here's what I'm sure a lot of people will be going for this year, the LBD. It's perfect for parties or clubbing or any other formal events; And of course the peplum dress is also a HUGE trend at the moment. This one's slightly different to your average peplum dress because of the cut outs just above the peplum. This is from Renee London but was also availabile in Topshop at the time of the purchase.
I always pair my LBD's with Black Stilletos for a classy touch! These shoes are from St Johns market in Liverpool.
If you don't like heels, black wedges also look fab with LBD's. These are from MrShoes.
This dress would be used for a more casual night. You could dress this up or down with obviously a pair of heels or a pair of flats. But this dress would maybe be nice for a family party. This is from Topshop.

I would probably pair this dress with a blazer like jacket to dress it down a little bit. I loev this one because of the tweed detailing. This is from River Island.
If you wanted to keep an elemnt of formallity, a leather jacket would look edgey yet classy. This particular leather jacket is from Topshop but many shops stock leather jackets.

I would pair this look with wedges to keep it casual and comfy.
Maxi Skirts are such a good piece for all year round. They're especially good if you don't want to be showing too much flesh off and could be paired with various tops. Here I've paired it with a Bralet just to dress it up a little bit but this really could be paired with anything.

When wearing a maxi, I am more than likely to pair it with a leather jacket as I love the edgyness it gives the outfiit. It could be paired with lots of different jackets though.

I like big heels with maxi's to make your figure look tall and slim and these black ones are just perfect for this outfit.

Peplum tops are such a huge trend at the moment and really do add something to your outfit. You could pair a peplum top with Disco Pants or some Jeans. Anything really, I've paired this peplum top here with a fitted blazer which adds some class to the outfit.

Blazer- Zara

You could pair the peplum top with a fur coat which adds some edgyness to your outfit and will also keep you nice and warm!
Fur Coat- Miss Selfridge
You could pair it with a cardigan to keep it casual and pretty. I especially love this style of cardigan and the tweed and leather detailling.
Cardigan- Miss Selfridge
I would definitely pair all these outfits with these gorgeous nude heels because pairing trousers with nude heels is just a must for me. These shoes in particular are from Zara.
This outfit again, could be dressed up or down. The dip hem skirt was very on trend this summer but I  am still a big fan of these skirts so when I'm going out,  I love wearing them because it's far too cold to wear them for everyday events. If you were to wear a jacket with this, I would pair it with a denim or leather jacket.
Top- Topshop
Skirt- Topshop

Once again, the black heels would look fab with this outfit.

Or the wedges, this outfit is really versatile and could be worn with many different shoes.
Fitted trousers are always a good last minute outfit! They look classy and also can be made to look very formal.  I love the detail on these trousers especially and have been getting a lot of wear out of them this winter. You could pair trousers with really anything, maybe a blouse or peplum top? Crop tops always look good wth high waisted trousers aswell.
Trousers-Topshop
Again, I'd pair a nude pair of heels with this outfit because as I said I always pair nude heels with trousers.

I hope you've all enjoyed this post and it gave you some ideas! Remember this is only my style and what I like you can take these ideas away and change them in whatever way you'd like. If you're not comfortable with wearing heels, I think most of these looks could be paired with flats instead. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and have a lovely new year and 2013!

NOTD: Christmas nails!

Hey everyone,

I got my nails done the other day and chose a sparkly red colour which I love; Very Christmassy, I know. I got Shellac on them because I always chip my nails and Shellac stays on for a while and looks really shiny and polished. What are all your Christmas nails like or your favourite Christmas nail trends?

Hey everyone,

Last night, the Victoria's Secret fashion show was premiered in the UK on tv

They're all absolutely unreal and to of my favourite models Cara Delevingne and Barbara Palvin were featured in it. There was so many different themes and it was such a unique fun show. Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Bruno Mars all performed along side the girls!
