Oscar de la Renta Spring/Summer Collection 2013

The Oscar de la Renta spring/summer collection is absolutely stunning. It's so chic and there are so many unique pieces in it. When I first saw it my jaw actually dropped; It is just unreal. The fall collection is also beautiful but the spring/summer collection just blew me away. I am amazed by how many trends and styles they have fitted into one collection. This is definitely one of my favourite shows I have seen so far.

Each one of these looks is so chic yet so different to one another. The far left look is ever so elegant but the dots on it make it also edgey. The look in the middle is so classy because of the length of the dress and the lace. The far right look is just amazing; It is definitely one of my favourite looks in the whole collection as I adore fur and the fur on this is just fabulous,  the dress itself is so unique-I've never seen anything like it, the detail in the middle is stunning and they really could not have picked a better person to model it then Cara Delevingne! Each one of these looks is so different yet they're all the same colour of this gorgeous hot pink which I am sure is going to be HUGE this summer.

Each one of these looks are so classy and elegant. These looks are following the minimalistic trend immaculately. I can imagine that these dresses are going to be seen on many celebritys on the red carpet.

The first thing that comes into my head when I hear the word spring is pastels. They're such a classic for spring and Oscar de la Renta does them fabulously. I love the fact that there is florals in these looks aswell. They are beyond perfect for spring.

These designs are so gorgeous and classy. These are taking workwear to the next level and I think many fashionista's work/formal wear will be very inspired by these looks.
Ah, how I love nudes. Nude tones are perfect for anything and everything and Oscar de la Renta styles them amazingly especially in these looks. He's come up with a lot of dresses like the one on the far right and personally I think they are stunning. The shape of them is gorgeous and so figure flattering.

THIS IS JUST TOO CUTE. How adorable please? I would love to see this show it would just be so cute. The Oscar de la Renta kids collection is gorgeous. When I'm older and have kids this is where I'll be buying there clothes from!!! I would probably wear some of this myself to be honest. They've used so many on trend colours and styles and it's just amazing.

The hair for the show is fabulous. Just like the collection, it is so unique and fun! I think the hair is a really important feature on the catwalk as it sort of sets the vibe for the whole show.

I hope you've enjoyed this post. Let me know what you think of the Oscar de la Renta Spring/Summer Collection in the comments. I have a feeling there's going to be a lot more posts coming up like this as there are so many collections I'm loving at New York Fashion Week and I'm sure they'll be many more in the upcoming fashion weeks.

Rebecca Minkoff Ready-to-Wear Collection

As I'm sure you all know, New York fashion week has been taking place since last Thursday and there has been some stunning pieces by some amazing designers, Rebecca Minkoff being one of them. Rebecca Minkoff is one of my favourite designers and always comes up with some fabulous designs. I've been ill for the last couple of days and stuck on the couch with my iPad and MacBook so I've had lots of time to watch the shows and see the designs and Rebecca Minkoff's ready-to-wear collection has really caught my eye and there is some beautiful pieces. Here's some of my favourites...

The Spring/Summer Collection

The Spring Collection of Rebecca Minkoff is absolutley gorgeous. She always comes up with something so unique and it was no different this time round. This years spring collection is full of prints and very futuristic styled.
This print is very popular in the spring collection. I've seen a lot of this blue on the catwalk and I'm sure will be seeing much more of it in upcoming fashion weeks & events.
This print is definitely a favourite of mine out of the many I have seen at NYFW. The detail in it is just beautiful and very minimalist (which I'm sure you all know that I love).

This look is just stunning. The print on the trousers are gorgeous and I love the fading out of it at the bottom. I also love the fit of the shirt and the sleeve length on it; I can imagine this style of shirt will be huge this summer.

The Fall/Winter Collection

This collection is all about bold colours, mixing patterns and layering. It's bright, sophisticated and grungy. What's not to love?
These outfits are all about layers and lots of them; I think that's key for next autumn/winter- lots of layering.I love the way lots of different shapes and colours have been put together. These remind me of those outfits that looked 'thrown on' but are still amazing.

These two looks are just amazing. I love the fact she's bringing bright colours that would usually be summer colours into the winter and the dresses themselves are just stunning.

Again, this is showing an idea of layering. Gilets are also really in at the moment and I think the brown leather is a really nice touch.
I absoloutley adore this look. This grey is so in right now and I can see it staying in for a while. The leather detail around the jacket is also fabulous and the fur on the hood is just the finishing touch to an amazing jacket.

Let me know what you think of Rebecca Minkoff's ready-to-wear collection and what collections your loving at the moment?

Grammys AND the Baftas 2013

The Grammys and the Baftas on the same night? Hell yeah. Last night was the Grammys held in Los Angeles and the BAFTA's held in London; I thought it was a bit much to do seperate posts and thought why not put them into one post? So here are some of my favourite looks from both of these fabulous events...

Wow, how gorgeous does Karlie Kloss look in this Michael Kors dress? So different from her normal looks but yet she looks fabulous. It's nice to see a change from a floor length dress and a more spring/summer dress.

There was a lot of black on the red carpet last night but Laura Bailey wore this stunning coral floor length dress and made it a bit more formal with this jewlled clutch.

This is probably my favourite look out of everyone. So simple yet so effective and ever so elegant. Alicia Vikander this stunning swedish model looked fabulous in this Dior dress. The dip hem is such a classic touch and the cut out back detail gives an edge to the dress. Adding a red lip and the simple hair really is just the finishing touch to this outfit and I wouldn't of done it differently myself. Absoloutely no criticism for this look.

I think it was really brave of Jennifer Lawrence to pair this jacket with such a bold dress but it did pull off. This Dior Haute Couture dress is stunning and very feminine. However, the jacket is rather masculine which is very on trend at the moment so pairing them both together was a major risk but it was defintely worth it as she looks amazing. Her hair is also fabulous with the sort of  'wet look style' which is very on trend this Summer.

How hot is Rhianna please? RED HOT. Wow, she is just amazing. When I first saw this picture, I had to wipe my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things. She just looks unreal. The red really compliments her skin tone and the fit of the dress is just fabulous. Her lips match her dress perfectly and her ever changing hair colour is gorgeous and very on trend for this summer. I think this colour could be like her 'Rhianna red' and maybe even get a new hair dye made out of it as I can see a lot of girls taking inspiration from this gorgeous hair colour and style. Rhianna you amazing woman.

I hope you've all enjoyed this post and let me know what your favourite looks from the Grammys or BAFTA's are.

Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Concealer Review

I have been looking for a new concealer for a while now after my Bobbi Brown one ran out and when I was at the Laura Mercier counter in John Lewis, this one seemed perfect. The sales assistant was very helpful and seemed to have a lot of faith in this product. I am very impressed with this concealer and it is exactly as the sales assistant said amazing! It covers up any imperfections really well and I've had a lot of comments on how nice my skin looks since I've started wearing it. The texture is also lovely and makes my skin feel really smooth.

There are a range of different shades you can get the concealer in and I was recommended the shade SC-3 which was matched perfectly for my skin tone. They also sold another skin tone which was more for the under eyes but I wanted a concealer more for imperfections and this one also works for under eyes. It was rather expensive at the price of £26 but it was definitely worth it and I don't mind splashing out on something that I will use a lot and works well.

I definitely recommend this concealer and I think it would work for anyone and anything! Let me know in the comments what concealer you're using at the moment.

Style Crush: Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham's style is just amazing. It's ever so classy yet they're is an edge to it. She is able to pull off anything with that amazing figure and fabulous bone structure of hers and I don't think I've ever seen her in a bad outfit! The Beckham family is just fabulous; Everyone in it is gorgeous. I'm a little bit obsessed! Anyway, here are some of my favourite looks Victoria has come up with...

Victoria looks very chic in this pink peplum dress but added an edge to it with heel boots by Mr Christian Louboutin.

I adore nude shoes and they're even better when they have red soles! This outfit is so simple yet so effective.  I can imagine this dress looks like it has no fit on the hanger but it looks fabulous around Victorias figure.

This contrasting dress is fabulous. This is probably one of my favourite looks of Victorias; I love this length of dress and it just looks amazing on her.

Ahh, how gorgeous is Harper? VERY. She's a little fashionista already and I'm sure she'll carry on that way.  This look that Victoria's wearing is very casual but still looks amazing and I love this minimalstic style bag.

This outfit is so cute and very pretty. It fits around her figure amazingly and I love the way the nude bag matches the collar.

It is absoloutley unreal that Victoria can look this good for going to the airport but I suppose she has too with the paps. Anyway I love this length of skirt with that style of shoe and she just looks fabulous.

I adore this outfit! Following the Minimalistic trend perfectly. Zara have a pair of trousers exactly like these in their  summer collection and I will have to be picking them up!

HERE'S WHY I'M OBSESSED WITH THIS FAMILY. Just look how amazing they all are. You've got David the gorgeous footballer, Romeo the Burberry model, Cruz with the adorable baby face, Brooklyn who I'm sure will be growing up with the looks of his dad and Victoria who is just stunning. The only one who isn't here is the adorable Harper but I think we already know how gorgeous she is.

I hope you've enjoyed this post! Let me know what you think of the Beckham family in the comments. I'm sure if you follow me on Instagram/ Twitter you'll already be aware of my obsession. If not follow me here...
